Dr. Claxton proved that she was very knowledgeable and thorough in my entire process as my coach. I purchased and followed two editions of her research books that landed me approval of my final project on the first submission. I really had no stress throughout the entire process and attribute this success to the coaching that I received from Dr. Claxton and the guidance of the research textbooks she authored.

Dr. Claxton is a wonderful and compassionate leader. She is always on the cutting edge of research and has literally ‘written the book’ on how to conduct applied research in education. In fact, she’s written several editions of it! Whether in person or speaking through her writings, she provides clear and succinct direction for students and faculty members alike. Without a doubt, she has been one of the most influential mentors I have ever had, and I am incredibly thankful to be her as a friend and colleague.

Our EdD proposal just went through the Peer Review process with no red flags—no questions asked. The Peer Reviewer recommended that TRACS approve our program as is, so we are just waiting for the president of TRACS to sign off on the program addition. Thank you so much for your assistance in building out the program.
